Vendor Information

The Coors Cowboy Club Ranch Rodeo offers several vendor options to accommodate different types of businesses and booth setups. All vendor opportunities provide exposure to thousands of rodeo attendees throughout the three-day event.

Vendor Space Options

  • Standard Vendor Booth (10x10)
    Upper Level in the Amarillo National Center
    1 Booth Space — $400
    2 Booth Spaces — $800
  • Upper Deck Rail
    Table Space on Upper Deck Rail — $100
  • (CEH) – Outside Building
    1 CEH Booth — $100
    2 CEH Booths — $200
  • Outside Trailer Vendor Space
    Trailer Vendor Outside Event Area — $300

Vendor Space Includes

  • Vendor booth space for all 3 nights of the rodeo
  • Exposure to event attendees
  • Opportunity to promote or sell products
  • Inclusion in event vendor listing

Vendor Space Size: 10x10 booth space — outside vendor space will vary.

Electricity: May be available upon request.

Vendor Setup Times

  • Vendor Setup Begins: Thursday, June 4 — 7:00 AM
  • Gates Open to the Public: 5:00 PM
  • Rodeo Performance Begins: 7:00 PM

Vendors must be fully set up prior to gates opening.
