Three days of fast draw competition, Western tradition, and Route 66 celebration in Amarillo, Texas. Join the Texas Panhandle Pistoleros, Gunslinger Ranch, and High Plaines Shootist for a 30-point championship hosted during Coors Cowboy Club Ranch Rodeo week.

About the Championship

The Texas 66 Fast Draw Championships brings competitive fast draw shooters to Amarillo for a weekend rooted in cowboy heritage, quick hands, sharp focus, and old west showmanship.

  • 30-point championship fast draw competition.
  • Targets: Blockers.
  • Concessions: Open at the Rex Baxter Building from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Friday through Sunday.
  • Cattle Drive: Saturday, June 6 at 10:00 AM with four shootouts planned along the route.

Saturday Cattle Drive

Shooters participating in the cattle drive or shootouts should line up at the corner of SW 12th Ave. and S. Polk St. at 9:00 AM. Contact Kid Curry for cattle drive or shootout participation details.
